🕒 Delivery Times
We work with Zendrop, a global logistics partner that handles our orders and deliveries.
Thanks to Zendrop’s network, we can offer a wide range of products at competitive prices.
Processing time: 1–3 business days
Delivery time to Sweden: 7–20 business days
During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), delivery may take up to 30 business days.
If you order multiple products, they may be shipped in separate packages for faster delivery.
🌍 Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please note that it may take 2–5 days before tracking information becomes available in the system.
You can track your package via the link sent to your email or directly on our website.
🚚 Shipping and Delivery Methods
We offer free shipping on all orders over 499 SEK.
For orders under this amount, a flat shipping fee of 49 SEK applies.
Deliveries are handled through Zendrop’s international logistics partners (e.g., YunExpress, 4PX, USPS, PostNL, etc.).
Final delivery within Sweden is usually via PostNord or Bring.
⚠️ Delays
Delays may sometimes occur due to factors beyond our control – for example:
- Customs processing
- High demand during promotional periods
- Logistics issues or weather conditions
We ask for your understanding and are happy to help you track your shipment if you experience delays.
❓ Undelivered Orders
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days after receiving your tracking number, please contact us at:

📬 Incorrect Address
Always make sure you provide the correct delivery address when ordering.
Unfortunately, we cannot replace packages that do not arrive due to an incorrectly entered address.
💳 Customs and Fees
In most cases, there are no customs duties or import taxes, but in rare cases, minor fees may apply depending on the product’s country of origin.
NordicHubOnline is not responsible for these fees.
